Typical Accountabilities:
• Train new team members in standard work practices (i.e., Safety, Health and Environment, current Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Coordinates line team activity, ensuring delivery of the daily plan is met
• Acts as first decision maker on the line, resolving issues and identifying appropriate approaches for resolution
• Communicates defined performance targets for the line to the team and defines approaches to ensure delivery
• Executes the standard process to deliver product, on time, in full
• Ensures procedures are followed and standard ways of working are adhered to
• Closes out of non-standard practice and conditions quickly, or escalate effectively via other Process Execution Team members
• Identifies and delivers performance improvements to key production metrics
• Monitors and maintains compliance to current Good Manufacturing Practice standards
• Raises and addressees issues of non-compliances
• Promotes safe work through compliance to rules and procedures

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential: High school education
• Desirable: Basic experience in manufacturing environment
